Impact lasers offers on-going training and support that starts with your first contact and lasts for the Lifetime of the system. Both our technical support and sales staff are highly trained and complete an intensive training program covering all aspects of our Machines and Applications in order to answer any questions you may have and to provide continuous care and support.

We recognize the simple fact that our clients’ success is our success and view the cooperation as a partnership rather than just a supplier relationship.

PRESHIPPING:

All Impact systems go through several days of quality control and operation before shipping.
The machine arrives to the location ready to be connected and operated. All system accessories, including a desk top computer preloaded with the operating software, are provided for site connection making the machine essentially a Turnkey system (refer to the “site preparation guideline” for site requirements). As a result, total installation assistance and training will be accomplished within 1 day.

ON-SITE INSTALLATION;

Training and installation are conducted ON-SITE for Every machine.
Impact’s personnel will be present ON-SITE to ensure that the facility has been properly and efficiently arranged according to the site preparation guide. If necessary, we will make recommendations and assist in improving the overall set up. Once the system has been installed it will be prepared for operation and training by Impact’s personnel.

ON-SITE TRAINING:

All designated operators will be able to understand, maintain, and operate the laser system independently within the training period.
The system is truly User Friendly and easy to learn and operate. In addition to training on operating the machine and learning the software, Impact’s personnel will introduce the system components, explain laser theory, and provide maintenance guideline.

CONTINUOUS SUPPORT:

Impact lasers provides technical support to all our customers for the Lifetime of their laser systems. Our team of experts with years of laser expertise is available to you via phone, email, and online to ensure that your laser system is running smoothly and efficiently. Impact’s team is available to answer all your inquiries whether to seek advice on a new application, ask any question about the system, or just to chat about laser cutting. We are always just a call or a click away.

WARRANTY:

All IMPACT laser systems include one year warranty that covers parts and service. Standard terms of the warranty are included with every system. Please contact us for additional information.
